TODAY: Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield to Tour a New York City Mobile Vaccination Site

As part of the Biden-Harris administration’s “America’s Back Together” tour, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Linda Thomas-Greenfield will visit a mobile vaccination site at Commodore Barry Park in Fort Greene, Brooklyn today, July 2, at 1:00 p.m. EDT. The Ambassador will be joined by NYC Commissioner for International Affairs Penny Abeywardena and Director of the NYC Vaccine Command Center Benjamin Krakauer. The officials will highlight the progress the city and the nation have made toward safely re-opening, see community vaccination efforts firsthand, and thank frontline personnel for their crucial work combating the COVID-19 pandemic throughout the City’s five boroughs and beyond.
