Readout of Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield’s Meeting with Jewish Community Leaders on Combatting Hatred

The below is attributable to U.S. Mission to the United Nations Spokesperson Nate Evans:

U.S. Representative to the United Nations Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield, U.S. Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Antisemitism Ambassador Deborah Lipstadt, and Israel’s Special Envoy on Combating Antisemitism Michal Cotler-Wunsh met today with leaders of the Jewish community in the United States to discuss the sharp rise in antisemitic incidents around the world following the horrific terrorist attack Hamas launched against Israel on October 7.

Ambassador Thomas-Greenfield and Jewish community leaders discussed ways in which the United States and partners in the international community can unite to combat the scourge of antisemitism and other forms of hatred. They affirmed that there is no place in America for hate against anyone.
