Thank you, Madam President. I don’t want to get into a back-and-forth but let me just say the following.

It would seem that our Russian colleagues are determined, perhaps even desperate, to demonstrate that the U.S. is as violent, and duplicitous, and manipulative as they are behaving in Ukraine, for example. And you will never succeed.
